We know that every person’s health and fitness journey is going to look different. Our online nutrition and fitness coaching programs focus on macro nutrients, nutritional periodization, fat loss, body recomposition and muscle building.

All programs are designed for busy women who need a health solution that is sustainable and doesn’t just lead to a quick fix that will fail in the long term. We’ve been there. We know what it takes to get you where you’re wanting to go. Let’s walk this journey together!

1:1 Coaching

This option offers our highest level of accountability, customization and access. We start by assessing where you are, and setting quarterly goals. We check in weekly, and you also get texting/voice messaging access.

Group Coaching

We offer several group coaching sessions a year! The 8 week fat loss group runs 3-4 times per year, and our Habits for the Holiday program runs every October.

One Time Consultation

This offer includes macro nutrition target recommendations, a nutrition guide PDF and a 12 week tracking spreadsheet to track your progress.

Lifestyle Lean Collective

Our monthly membership offers weekly training (strength training + cardio + yoga + breath-work), weekly Q&As with Erin, monthly planning sessions, unlimited form checks, quarterly masterclass, and more!

I’m Erin and I am so glad you’re here!

I’m a wife, homeschooling mom of 4 busy kids, evening taxi driver, audiobook listener, personal trainer and nutrition coach! Over the past 5 years, I’ve been on my own journey forming habits that have helped me lose 35lbs and have the body that I always thought was out of my reach. A few years ago, I started EMC where I help women just like me get the body and lifestyle that they actually want.
