I’m a certified nutrition and fitness coach, wife, homeschooling mom of four, and the founder of Erin Moore Coaching. I know exactly what it feels like to want to change your body while running a full, real, complicated life — because I’ve lived it.
I was 200 lbs, hiding in family photos, convinced my body just didn’t work anymore. I didn’t overhaul my life to change that. I built systems that fit inside it. Four years later I competed on the NPC stage — not one perfect week in the process.

I’m Erin and I am so glad you’re here!
I’m a wife, homeschooling mom of 4 busy kids, evening taxi driver, audiobook listener, personal trainer and nutrition coach! Over the past 5 years, I’ve been on my own journey forming habits that have helped me lose 35lbs and have the body that I always thought was out of my reach. A few years ago, I started EMC where I help women just like me get the body and lifestyle that they actually want.
