Coaching for REAL, busy women.

We’re wives. We’re moms. We have jobs. We are BUSY. And we can help you make your own health and fitness a seamless and natural part of your life, while shaping your body into the physique of your dreams!

Do you nod in agreement with these?

It's time to journey back in time.

For the better part of 11 years, starting back in 2008, my time and my body was not my own. I was either pregnant or nursing for what felt like years on end. During this season, I went through a huge period of growth. Lots of life was lived, and lots of lessons were learned. Ultimately, this story is how I ended up here with you today. Let’s take a look below at how that came to be!

After joining a gym (and falling in love with the childcare!)I became very interested in coaching! I studied for the NASM personal training certification, and passed (after two tries!). I trained a handful of clients in a small boutique gym near my house. I had NO idea what I was doing, but I loved it. Only lasted about a year because I had more babies! In between pregnancies, I did several rounds of Whole30, got into (and out of) running a few times, and just did my best with what I knew and had available.

Fast forward to after my final baby was born in January 2019. I was over 200lbs for most of the pregnancy, and pretty sedentary (as sedentary as you can be as a mom of four young kids). During my pregnancy, my husband started counting macros and lifting weights. He lost 60 lbs…while I was pregnant. Rude. But I was super intrigued by what he was doing and wanted to give it a shot. I found Madeline Moves while searching macro accounts on Instagram. I signed up for one of her challenges, and started doing the 30 minute versions of her workouts in my bedroom when the baby napped.

I was hooked on this way of managing nutrition. Taking things in phases, optimizing your macro breakdown, staying full and not cutting out food groups…I loved it! I just wasn’t very good at it. I call these the practice years. I bounced around to a few different training programs and did them all inconsistently, and just practiced with my food. But I didn’t give up. Toward the end of that year, I knew that I wanted to get back into fitness professionally. I also knew that I wanted to start taking my fat loss goals seriously. I started my instagram account in November 2021, and the same month, I started a macro nutrition certification.

In the middle of my first fat loss phase (which I was documenting on Instagram), I launched Erin Moore Coaching to provide normal, everyday women with the support they needed to reach their fat loss goals. I didn’t “look the part” of a coach. But I walked the walk, and was a few steps ahead in my journey. I continued my education with another nutrition certification, and hired my own coach to help with my personal goals.

EMC was thriving, and I knew I wanted to get back into the training side of coaching, so I started working on my certification for training through N1 Education. I also started working with a mentor. In June of 2023, the Lifestyle Lean app was born! Personally, I completed a total of three fat loss phases, and lost a total of 35lbs. I went from a size 12 to a size 4. More importantly, I developed habits that will serve me well for the rest of my life! It’s those habits that I’ve organized into the four pillars of everything that EMC does, and I cannot believe that I get to help other women have victory in this area of their life.

Let's Get More Personal!

Below are some fun facts about me! Do we have anything in common with each other?

GO VOLS!

I’m born and raised in the south and am a University of Tennessee fan for better or for worse (but I married an Alabama fan, and produced Alabama fan children, so I’m greatly outnumbered.).

COUNTRY LIVING

We live on 4 acres in Mississippi and have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 7 chickens. My husband is hoping to add a cow to the mix sometime this year.

MY DAUGHTER'S NAMESAKE

We named one of our daughters after a favorite character of mine, Darcy. I took two semesters of Jane Austen in college and have been a huge fan and avid reader of her work ever since.

HARRY STINKIN' POTTER

I had the privilege of studying abroad at Oxford University in college! One of the Harry Potter books was released while I was there, and I was so mad at the crowds that I’ve never read a Harry Potter book.
